The deal between us, in plain English.

These terms cover your use of Beagle (the “service”). By signing up or connecting a workspace you agree to them. If your company has signed a separate order form with us, that order form governs and these terms fill in the gaps.

The account

You need to be authorised to connect the workspaces you connect. You are responsible for the people you invite to your Beagle org and for keeping their credentials safe. Tell us promptly at security@heybeagle.com if you think an account has been compromised.

What we promise

We will run the service with reasonable care, keep the data we hold for you encrypted in transit and at rest, and avoid breaking changes without notice. We will tell you about material incidents within 72 hours of confirming them.

What you promise

• Not to use Beagle for anything illegal, abusive, or designed to harm someone.
• Not to try to reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to build a competing product.
• Not to feed Beagle data you do not have the right to share with us.
• To keep a human in the loop on outbound messages - Beagle is the eager hire, you are the manager.

Plans & billing

Beagle is sold on monthly and annual plans. Fees are listed on heybeagle.com and in your account. We bill in advance and do not pro-rate downgrades mid-cycle. If a payment fails we will email the workspace admin before we suspend access.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Ownership

Your data stays yours. We get a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of running the service. The service itself, including the code, models, and brand, stays ours.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude consequential, indirect, and incidental damages.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. We will give you at least seven days to fix the breach unless waiting would cause harm. On termination we delete your data per the privacy policy.

Changes

We will email the workspace admin at least seven days before a material change to these terms. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County.
