Any teammate who asks Beagle for something or whose work Beagle reads on their behalf. Bots, shared mailboxes, and read-only viewers don't.
Is there a usage cap?
No. Beagle is paid per seat, not per token or per message. Read as much, draft as much, and approve as often as you like.
Can I try it without a credit card?
Yes. Solo is free forever for one seat. No card needed to sign up; add billing only when you bring a second teammate on.
What happens if I cancel?
Beagle stops reading the second you say so. Your memory and audit log stay queryable for 30 days, then are purged. Export anything you want first.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes - annual pre-pay on the Team plan saves two months. Enterprise contracts are bespoke; ask sales.
How is data handled?
Beagle runs each teammate's reads under their existing OAuth grants. Nothing pools, nothing trains on your data, nothing leaves your tenant boundary. Full story at /security.
